We seal leaks in the heating and cooling ducts from the inside. The visit includes a leakage test, the seal, and a second test so you can see the change.

Will you open the walls?
No. The sealant travels inside the duct system. That is the point in homes where the joints are behind drywall or plaster.
How much does it cost?
Most San Jose houses land between $1,500 and $2,800. The leakage test sets the final number. Damaged ducts are quoted as repair, not sealant.
How long does it take?
A typical house is one visit, morning or afternoon.

What if the ducts are falling apart?
We do not seal collapsed, disconnected, or chewed-through runs. Those need repair. The test is how we tell the difference.
